1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Globig, owned and operated by Globig Inc. (“Globig,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Globig websites, Free Resource Hub, and International Expansion Headquarters Membership Program (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization. In that case, “you” and “your” refer to that organization.

2. Eligibility & Use Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter a binding agreement.

You may not use the Services if:

    • You are a direct competitor of Globig without prior written consent.

    • You are accessing the Services to benchmark, monitor performance, or reverse-engineer features.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To access certain features, you must create an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Accounts may not be shared and must be reassigned if the original user is no longer active.

Globig reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if unauthorized access or misuse is detected.

4. Globig Services & Subscriptions

Certain features, such as the Globig International Expansion Headquarters Membership Program, require payment. By subscribing, you agree to:

    • Pay applicable fees as outlined during checkout or in your custom service agreement.

    • Keep billing details up to date.

    • Acknowledge that all fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Globig may use third-party payment processors. You consent to the use and disclosure of payment information to these processors.

5. AI Tools, Beta Services & User Responsibility

Globig may offer access to AI-powered tools and beta features. These are provided “as-is” and may change, be updated, or be removed without notice. By using these tools, you:

    • Acknowledge that they may not be error-free and they may be experimental.

    • Agree not to rely on outputs as legal, financial, or business advice.

    • Are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and validating any AI-generated or beta tool content before acting on it.

    • Agree that Globig is not liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, or decisions made based on AI-generated or beta tool content.

You understand and accept full responsibility for how any content generated from these tools is used in your business or operations.

6. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

You agree not to:

    • Post unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

    • Use the Services for spam, commercial solicitations, or to impersonate others.

Globig reserves the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, remove, or edit user-generated content. Violators may be removed.

7. User-Submitted Content

By submitting content (e.g., forum posts, questions, or comments), you grant Globig a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content. You represent that:

    • You own or control the rights to your submissions.

    • Your content does not violate laws or infringe on third-party rights.

You agree to indemnify Globig for any claims arising from your submissions.

8. License Grant & Intellectual Property

A. License to Use Services

Subject to payment and compliance, Globig grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.

B. Content Use

You may download or print Globig-created content for internal use only. You may not modify, distribute, or resell this content without a proper license.

C. Ownership

All Globig content, technology, and tools (excluding AI-generated content by the customer) are owned by Globig and protected by intellectual property laws. You assign any feedback or suggestions to Globig without compensation.

9. Third-Party Tools & External Links

Our Services may include tools or links from third parties. Globig does not control or endorse these services and is not responsible for their content or your interactions with them.

10. Data, Privacy & Electronic Communications

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your data. By using the Services, you consent to electronic communications including emails, push notifications, and in-app messages.

We process personal data under legal bases of consent and legitimate interest, where applicable.

11. Warranties & Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or availability. Globig does not guarantee that Services will be error-free or continuously available.

12. Limitation of Liability

Globig’s total liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Globig is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Globig from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content submissions, or violations of these Terms.

14. Termination

Globig may suspend or terminate your access at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will end, and Globig may delete your data within 10 days.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted notice. Your continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the new Terms.

16. Export Compliance

You agree not to use or export the Services in violation of any U.S. or international export laws and regulations.

17. Force Majeure

Globig is not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, labor disputes, supply chain issues, or internet outages.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Boulder County, Colorado courts.

19. Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, send a detailed notice to legal@globig.co with:

    • Your name and contact information

    • A description of the copyrighted work

    • A description of where the infringing content is located

    • A statement that you have a good faith belief in the claim

    • A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act
