1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Globig Academy, located in Boulder, Colorado (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of Colorado who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
Entries will be accepted from October 10, 2025 through October 31, 2025. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on the end date.
4. How to Enter
No purchase necessary.
To enter, complete the entry form at (URL) with your@email.com with subject “Career Path Sweepstakes” during the Promotion Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person.
5. Prizes

- Prize sessions will be conducted virtually or in person at Sponsor’s discretion.
- Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value
- Globig experts will provide you with a 6-Page Growth Plan based on your interests.

All prizes must be redeemed by January 1, 2026.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
The drawing will be held on or about November 3, 2025.
Winners will be notified by email or phone within five (5) days of selection.
If a winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days, another winner may be selected.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
9. Publicity
By accepting the prize, winners grant permission to Sponsor to use their first name and last initial only, and city for social media and other promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants will only be used to administer the Promotion and notify winners, in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.
11. Compliance
This sweepstakes is governed by Colorado law and is void where prohibited. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform used for promotion.
