It’s getting harder and harder to attract, hire, and keep employees, especially millennials. This challenge is not a local one, it’s a global one. Companies need to consider how to be good at each part of the process for attracting, hiring, and keeping employees and to find the best talent around the world.

There are some significant trends to consider including increasing competition from companies not only in your backyard but even from other countries, who are also vying for top talent.

Globally, millennials’ confidence in and opinions about businesses are declining. They are pessimistic about political and social progress with concerns about safety, social equality and environment sustainability. While they are optimistic about the economy, that’s not enough for them to be loyal to a company or want to work there.

Our guest expert is Adam Sheffield, the former Chief Revenue Officer for Global Upside Corporation, a global conglomerate that specialized in international business operating in 150+ countries before it was sold in 2022. Presently, Mr. Sheffield is CEO at The Current Company, which provides solutions to mass electrical vehicle (EV) charging needs.

Given the millennial mindset and global pressures for talent, what can you do to get the best onto your team?  Adam shares his insights and great advice for companies who want to attract, hire, and keep millennial employees.
